Interviews During School Closure

We are all aware that the current situation is an unprecedented and challenging one and we are adapting to our enforced closure as are all other schools.  At Weatherhead we are proceeding with our recruitment so that we are fully ready for September and our new academic year.

Our application process remains the same however the interview process will need to change to meet Covid19 requirements.  We may even need to conduct interviews remotely and utilise technology such as Google Hangout or Zoom to ensure that we all adhere to social distancing instructions and stay safe.

We know we will come through this and with that very much in mind we are proceeding with our appointment process to ensure we are in the best place possible to make a positive start to the new academic year.

Weatherhead remains fully committed to the safeguarding of children and young people and all appointments will be subject to safer recruitment procedures and usual safeguarding requirements being satisfied prior to taking up post.
