Cake Sale to Raise Funds for the Moroccan Earthquake Relief

We held a cake sale today to raise funds for Education for All – Morocco, a charity which supports the education of secondary-age girls from the remote villages in the High Atlas region of Morocco. EFA are raising funds to help students and their families get vital supplies needed to rebuild after the recent earthquake in the High Atlas mountains, south of Marrakech.

Students and staff were very generous and we have raised over £355. Thank you to the sixth form students and staff who helped Mrs Benazzouz with the sale and to everyone who brought in cakes or made a donation.

It is fantastic to see our students demonstrating their compassion, teamwork and truly having a global perspective. Well done and thank you to all involved.
