Year 8 Skills Test Celebration Assembly

In February, Year 8 students sat a series of tests aimed at developing and practising key skills in Maths and English and also learning key facts and information in relation to Geography and History. On Friday 6th March, Year 8 gathered in the theatre for a special celebration assembly to collect their results and receive certificates for their achievements. The celebration assembly, led by Deputy Headteacher, Mrs Rogers, opened with a performance of Adele’s Remedy by Sixth Form student Hannah. Miss Smith, Director of Key Stage 3, and Miss Thomason, Head of Year 8, presented students with their certificates. Well done Year 8.
