School Closure

The school remains closed and ‘remote education’ continues to be the predominant form of education for all our students.

The Heateacher has written to parents/carers regularly over the last few weeks as we continue to change how we work in line with Government advice. 

Face-to-face support is being offered to Year 10 & Year 12 students from Monday 22nd June, for those students who have indicated that they want to come into school. Details of how this will work will be shared with parents/carers.

The Department for Education have launched a new helpline to answer questions about COVID-19 related to education.

Staff, parents and young people can contact the helpline as follows:

Opening hours: 8am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

No school should close in response to a suspected (or confirmed) COVID-19 case unless directed to do so by Public Health England.

The importance of hygiene
