Safe Senders and Domains

For Outlook, Hotmail or Live email accounts

To ensure parents/carers with Outlook, Hotmail or Live email accounts receive emails from Weatherhead High School, please add weatherheadhigh.co.uk to your Safe Senders list in your settings.

Here’s how:-

1. Using a web browser, and not the app, sign in to https://outlook.live.com.
2. Click on the cog icon in the top right.
3. Next, click on View all Outlook settings – it’s located towards the bottom right of the screen.
4. A list of settings will appear. Click on Junk email.
5. Halfway down the page is the heading Safe Senders and domains. Click on + Add and type weatherheadhigh.co.uk in the box then press Enter.
6. Click on the Save button in the bottom right of the screen to save these settings.
